You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

The Wine Wallet LLC is not held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses while using our website, products, or services. The Wine Wallet LLC is not responsible for damaged Wine Wallets, Tumblers, apparel, or products caused by pets, animals, children, humans, nature, or any other object that could damage our products.

The shipping standard five days or 3 days is the shipping time, NOT fulfillment time. AKA: if you place an order that day, shipping time does not start until it hits the mailbox. 

The Wine Wallet will be shipped 5-6 business days after your purchase via standard priority mail shipping methods.  

3-day shipping is available for an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.** Note that this is NOT a guarantee that your package will be delivered in 3 days, as once it leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is out of our hands. By selecting 3 Day shipping during checkout, you knowingly understand that your order may arrive later than 3 days The Wine Wallet is NOT responsible for delayed packages. You will NOT be refunded for shipping if you receive your package later**

Important Pre-order shipping information

Orders must be placed before December 10th to ensure delivery for Christmas. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to be delivered.

To limit theft and have your Wine Wallet end up in the right hands ( yours of course ;) ) we strongly recommend that orders placed from September 14th- December 31st are mailed to a house, not an apartment building or apartment/ condo complex with a shared mailroom. In the past, we have had many customers get excited about their “ your package has been delivered” email, only to find out someone had stolen their package. Once the Wine Wallet leaves the Wine Wallet Distribution Center, we cannot control who touches your package. Last year, we put these efforts in place to limit as much theft as possible and will do the same moving forward. If you choose to have your package shipped to an apartment complex, it is not the Wine Wallet LLC's responsibility for lost or stolen packages. By having your Wine Wallet shipped to an apartment complex, you understand that your package may get stolen, which is NOT Wine Wallet LLC’s responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
